Kira Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kira ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms apply to all versions of the App distributed through the Apple App Store.
2. Subscriptions
Kira offers an optional Premium subscription with two billing options:
- Monthly: €4.99 per month
- Yearly: €29.99 per year
Prices may vary by region based on App Store pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You will be charged through your Apple ID account. Your subscription is managed by Apple through the App Store.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Kira and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
4. Not financial advice
Kira provides personal expense tracking and informational insights only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Do not make financial decisions based solely on information from the App. Always consult a qualified professional for financial, legal, or tax matters.
5. Acceptable use
When using Kira, you agree to:
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial expense tracking only.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Not attempt to extract or misuse the App's source code, AI integration, or backend infrastructure.
- Not use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Not attempt to circumvent subscription or usage limits through technical means.
6. Limitation of liability
Kira is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoStudioDude disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
NoStudioDude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
